On our website, we only list apartments that are available for short-term rental all year round. However, during busy seasons such as Tishrei, Pesach, Shavuos, and the summer holidays, we usually have many more options available. These are apartments where the owners live there themselves and rent them out while they are away for these periods.

These seasonal apartments are often more flexible and are usually more affordable than year-round vacation rentals. Because availability changes each season, they are not always displayed on the website.
